An Independent Supplementary Creative Industry Liaison and Research Report focuses on the management of the study, activities undertaken, initial results, issues encountered and preliminary user requirements findings. A set of brief meeting records and draft architectural strategies served as a frame of reference at focus group workshops and Delphi interviews.This research serves three purposes: it offers a state‐of‐affairs user requirements overview for the concept architectural design and PMQ management team; it will provide input for draft architectural strategies served as a frame of reference at focus group workshops and Delphi interviews that were held with a team of experts, and senior university students/ young designers for preliminary validation and discussions to draw insight to foresee anymanagement challenges in the future conducting the idea. The report wouldconsist also of editing of other relevant expert‘s review, articles, journals and research as references to the future management team.
